Japan Rail East Flexi Pass

The new JR East Flexi pass grants access, on 5 days within a 14 day period, to reseved sections in Ordinary class on participating lines.

The JR East Flexi pass will be available as an e-ticket so can be sent to you via email.

The pass holder will be allowed to board:

• all Limited Express trains, including the Shinkansen "bullet trains"
• Express and Local trains on JR East lines (including the bus rapid transit)
• the Izu-Kyuko line
• the Hokuetsu-Kyuko line
• the Aoimori Railway line
• the Iwate Glaxy Railway (IGR) line and
• the Limited Express trains Nikki, Spacia Nikko, Kinugawa and Spacia Kinugawa, operating through the JR East lines

In addition, the Tokyo Waterfront Area Rapid Transit (Rinkai line) previously unavailable to JR East passholders, is now covered under this new rail pass.
