Fees and charges

Holders of the Balkan Flexipass offer have to pay the following charges and supplements:

• the reservation fare;
• the supplements for using the IC or ICE trains;
• the reservation fare for the international trains ;
• the supplements for using the sleeping and berth cars.

Lost tickets

There is no refund for passes lost or stolen. All passengers are strongly recommended to purchase travel insurance before commencing their journey.

Changes/ Refunds

Changes cannot be made to the pass once issued. The pass should be returned to us for cancellation minus a 15% fee and a £10 administration charge.
