Update: Thello News

We have been advised that the Thello ticket sales for departures from 11th August-2nd September 2012 will again be reservable again and available immediately.

Thello services to/from Venice that were suspended due to the Domodossola issue will be re-routed via Modane during the affected period.

Please be aware that availability during the whole period will be reduced.

Departures from Milan will leave at 23:20 instead of 23:38, however departures from other Italian stations will remain unchanged. The different route will affect arrival times in Dijon & Paris, as shown on the table below; departures from Venice and from Paris are unaffected.

Please note that tickets booked before 14th May 2012 for departures during the affected period and which have not been cancelled/refunded will be accepted for travel.

However if the coach previously booked is not available the conductor onboard will allocate new accommodation to customers when boarding the train keeping the same type of service originally reserved.
