Update - Strike action in Belgium 3rd October 2012

Further to the previous notification regarding the strike action in Belgium, we have been advised that the following services will also be affected.

Services from the South of France to / from Brussels will be affected - all of the trains will terminate in Lille today (Wednesday 3rd October).

Customers who were due to travel on 3rd October are able to travel on 4th October, with no extra charge, however a seats cannot be guaranteed.

Customers are able to travel on their original tickets until 23:59hrs on 4th October. All paper tickets will need to be validated in the French stations as usual.

Refunds:

Customers are able to get a full refund regardless of the ticket conditions. Refunds need to be completed within 60 days of the original date of travel.

Exchanges:

Customers can exchange their tickets free of charge as long as the same fare is available at the new time / date of travel. However if the cost of the new tickets are more expensive then the difference in price will need to be paid by the customer.
