We have been advised by SNCF that due to a wall collapsing onto the track between Cahors and Brive, services will be disrupted as follows: 

Elipsos services between Paris and Barcelona are CANCELLED tonight and tomorrow night. 

Wednesday 23rd May

• 475 Barcelona → Paris: Cancelled with replacement bus service.
• 477 Paris → Barcelona: Cancelled with replacement bus service. 

Thursday 24th May

• 475 Barcelona → Paris: Cancelled with replacement bus service.
• 477 Paris → Barcelona: Cancelled with replacement bus service. 

AFTER-SALES
Passengers can get a full refund, regardless of the after-sales conditions stated on the tickets, if they decide not to travel on the replacement bus service.
Exchanges must be processed as a full refund followed by a new sale. If there is a difference in price between the original and the new tickets, the customer will need to pay the price difference.

Passengers who do travel on the replacement bus service are entitled to a refund in the difference in cost between their original ticket and the cost of a Full Fare Reclining seat ticket (provided the cost of the original ticket is more expensive than a reclining seat). 

Intercités day trains between Paris and Toulouse on 23rd and 24th May 2012:

• The following trains will start in Brive: 3610, 3620, 3630 and 3690
• The following trains will terminate in Brive: 3611, 3631, 3643 and 3661

Passengers will be transported by TER or bus between Brive and Toulouse

Lunéa overnight trains on 23rd and 24th May:

The following trains are CANCELLED: 3731, 3751, 3759, 3971, 3730, 3750, 3754 and 3970

To check whether a particular train is affected go to www.infolignes.com, select English by clicking on the GB flag, and then fill in the date and the train number to check the status of the train. 

TER services may also be affected. Details can be found on TER's website. Please note that this is a French website. 

AFTER-SALES
All tickets valid for travel on a disrupted/cancelled train can be used on any other train serving the same route. Seats/berths cannot be guaranteed during this time. 

Passengers who opt not to travel can have a full refund, regardless of the after-sales conditions mentioned on the ticket. Exchanges must be processed as a full refund followed by a new sale. If there is a difference in price between the original and the new tickets, the customer will need to pay the price difference. 

Passengers with a return ticket, who have already used their outbound leg of the journey, can have a refund on the return leg of the journey if they decide not to travel. 

Groups are advised not to travel.
