USE, EXCHANGE OR CANCELLATION OF YOUR TICKETS

If you have a ticket valid for travel between 19:00hrs on Wednesday 11th December 2013 and 08:00hrs on Friday 13th December:

You can use your train ticket on any other train, regardless of the conditions stated on the ticket (even if your ticket is non-exchangeable and non-refundable), operating on the same route as the original ticket, without any fees.

Your ticket will be valid for travel the day before, the same day or the day after the strike action. Seating is not guaranteed during strike periods.

Tickets must still be validated in the yellow machines at the station, prior to boarding the train.

Customers due to travel in France from 19:00hrs on Wednesday 11th December until 08:00hrs on Friday 13th December 2013 who wish to cancel their journey, can obtain a full refund before departure.

If a customer wishes to postpone their journey for a date after the strike, this will be processed as a full refund, followed by the sale of a new ticket. Passengers will need to pay any difference in cost between the original tickets and the new tickets.
