EUROSTAR
Eurostar expect to operate a contingency timetable for the rest of this week and will publish details of any cancellations on their website as soon as possible. Customers will be able to travel on the next available train. Customers who are booked to travel from Sunday 19th to Friday 24th December 2010 and cannot or do not wish to travel, will be eligible for a refund, or to exchange their tickets in the next 60 days for travel in the next 90 days. Customers who absolutely must travel and have a valid ticket are advised to arrive at the station 1 hour before the advertised departure time. They will be placed on the next available train. Due to the continued backlog from the weekend, customers should expect very long queues at the stations.

Continued speed restrictions on Eurostar services are adding up to 2 hours to journey times. Eurostar trains up to and including 24th December 2010 are closed for sale.

SNCF
Severe weather conditions are causing disruption to rail services in France. Passengers should check www.infolignes.com for the latest information regarding the train they are booked to travel on.

All tickets with reservation (regardless of the after-sales conditions stated on the ticket) valid for travel within France from Friday 17th to Monday 20th December 2010 can be used on any other train, operating on the same route as the original ticket. Seats cannot be guaranteed during this time.

Due to expected service disruptions, the timetable cannot be guaranteed.

Tickets must still be validated in the yellow machines at the station, prior to boarding the train.

Exchanges and refunds:
Customers due to travel in France from Friday 17th to Monday 20th December 2010 only, who wish to cancel their journey, can obtain a full refund before or after departure, regarless of the after-sales conditions stated on the ticket. If customer wish to postpone their journey for an ulterior date of travel, this must be processed as a full refund, followed by the sale of a new ticket. Passengers will need to pay any difference in cost between the original tickets and the new tickets.

THALYS

All tickets (regardless of the after-sales conditions stated on the ticket) valid for travel on a Thalys service from Friday 17th to Wednesday 22nd December 2010 can be used on any other Thalys train, operating on the same route as the original ticket, subject to availability.

Exchanges and refunds:
Customers due to travel on Thalys from Friday 17th to Wednesday 22nd December 2010, who wish to cancel their journey, can obtain a full refund before or after departure, no matter the after-sales conditions stated on the ticket. If a customer wishes to postpone their journey for an ulterior date of travel, this must be processed as a full refund, followed by the sale of a new ticket. Passengers will need to pay any difference in cost between the original tickets and the new tickets.

ICE & CITY NIGHT LINE
Customers with tickets valid to travel on an ICE or City Night Line service between 18th and 27th December 2010 inclusive, who wish to cancel their journey, can obtain a full refund before or after departure, regardless of the after-sales conditions stated on the ticket. Exchanges must be processed as a full refund followed by a new sale. If the cost of the new ticket is greater than that of the original ticket, passengers will be required to pay this difference in cost.

ONWARDS RAIL CONNECTIONS
Passengers in possession of a connecting rail ticket (Artesia, Elipsos, Lyria, Alleo, etc) who are unable to, or decide not to travel due to the Eurostar disruption caused by adverse weather conditions, must refer to the Terms and Conditions of their ticket to see if they are eligible for an exchange or refund on that leg of their journey.
