Service Update - Italian Strike - 21st October 2011

We have further news on the strike in Italy from Friday 21st October, 09:00hrs until Friday 21st October, 17:00hrs

Please see below for likely disruptions and replacement services:

München - Italy

The following services will be disrupted between Innsbruck and Bolzano.

Replacement buses will operate between Innsbruck and Bolzano. Trains will run between München and Innsbruck and Bolzano and the relevant terminus.

  • EC 81 München (07:31) - Verona
  • EC 85 München (09:31) - Bologna
  • EC 87 München (11:31) - Venezia
  • EC 89 München (13:31) - Milano

The following services will run as scheduled

  • EC 83 München (15:31) - Verona
  • EC 189 München (17:31) - Bolzano

 

Italy - München

The following services will be disrupted between Bolzano and Innsbruck.

Replacement buses will operate between Bolzano and Innsbruck. Traisn will run between the relevant terminus and Bolzano and Innsbruck and München.

  • EC 88 Milano (06:52) - München
  • EC 80 Verona (10:59) - München
  • EC 84 Bologna (11:46) - München
  • EC 86 Venezia (13:34) - München
  • EC 188 Verona (16:59) - München

The following service will run as scheduled

  • EC 82 Innsbruck (10:36) - München

 

Buses begin and terminate at Innsbruck Frachtenbahnhof. Extension of journey times by up to 2 hours must be expected.

Further information for disruption to services to France, Switzerland and Slovenia has not been released at this time.

Train services are subject to delays and cancellations during and for some time after the strike.
