RENFE Industrial action 28th to 31st October 2013

We have been advised that there will be a RENFE strike from Monday 28 to Thursday 31 October between the following times:

Monday 28 October: 07:00 - 09:00, 15:00 - 17:00 and 23:00 - midnight
Tuesday 29 October: 00:00 - 01:00, 07:30 - 09:30, 18:00 - 20:00 and 23:00 - midnight
Wednesday 30 October: 00:00 - 01:00, 09:00 - 11:00, 16:00 - 18:00 and 22:00 - midnight
Thursday 31 October: 00:00 - 23:00

Exchanges and Refunds:

Customers with tickets valid to travel during the strike, whose train is cancelled or who wish to cancel their travel plans, can get a full refund of their Renfe tickets regardless of the tickets conditions.

Exchanges should be processed as a refund plus a new sale.

Passengers who still wish to travel during the strike should be aware that they will be offered a seat on an alternative train in the same class of service as their ticket. If there is no space in the class of service on their ticket and they have to travel in a lower class of service, they will be refunded the difference in price.

Refunds

In order to process any refunds, tickets must be received by International Rail Ltd within 28 days of the date of travel. Tickets should be sent to the following address.
