Rail Disruptions between Zurich & Milan

We have been advised by the Swiss Travel System that due to a rockslide at Gotthard in Switzerland, the line between Zurich/Lucerne and Ticino/Milan will be closed for approximately 1 month.

All international trains will be diverted via alternative routes and local trains will be partly replaced by buses.

Customers should allow for an additional 60-90 minutes on their journey time. Any customers choosing not to travel at this time, up until 6th July, are able to claim a full refund on their ticket.

We recommend that tickets are returned using special delivery, as they do have a value to you. Tickets must be returned within 28 days of the original departure date.
