Adverse weather conditions have caused major disruption to rail services on the Continent and this is expected to continue today (14th March). Please see below for specific details:

EUROSTAR
Disruption on the high speed line is expected to continue, and Eurostar anticipate speed restrictions remaining in place throughout the day.

This means that Eurostar will only be able to operate an amended timetable and journey times may be up to an hour longer than usual.

The following services on 14 March have been cancelled:

London - Paris:

  • Train 9080 (05.40 departure)

Brussels - London:

  • Train 9117 (08.52 departure)
  • Train 9145 (15.56 departure)

If customers have a ticket on one of the cancelled trains:
Tickets can be exchanged or refunded within 60 days, for any available date within the booking horizon, regardless of ticket type.

If customers have a ticket on any other train:
Eurostar aim to depart all other trains as normal, so customers should check in as normal. However, trains may be delayed by up to two hours and there could be last minute changes and cancellations.

Customers should not go to their departure station unless they have a ticket for a train that is running, as they will not be able to board a train.
