French Strike Update - 7th October 2011

Please note that SNCF services continue to be disrupted today following the strike action which started yesterday.

TGV - 1 in 3 TGVs are running
TER - 1 in 4 TERs are running
Transilien services - near normal service
EUROSTAR & THALYS - normal service

The after-sales conditions below continue to apply.

Passengers holding tickets for affected trains for travel today can use them on another service operating on the same route, but seat reservations will not be guaranteed at this time.

Passengers wishing to cancel their journey can do so and request a full refund of their ticket regardless of the after-sales conditions. Eurostar and Eurostar Connections ticket conditions will remain and refunds and exchanges will only be available if ticket conditions allow.
