Artesia overnight services closed for sale (updated)

We have had a further update from Artesia regarding the current situation with their overnight services.

Here are the details.

Train 221 Paris - Venice is closed for sale for travel between 8th August and 15th September 2011. Sleeper cabins closed for sale until 31st October..

Train 220 Venice - Paris is closed for sale for travel between 8th August and 15th September 2011. Sleeper cabins closed for sale until 31st October..

Catering

Between 10th September and 10th December 2011 there will be no restaurant service on board the Paris-Venice services. Instead there will be a food trolley service.

Train 227 Paris - Rome, reservations for sleeper cabins (only) are closed for sale for travel between 23rd August and 15th September 2011

Train 226 Rome - Paris, reservations for sleeper cabins (only) are closed for sale for travel between 23rd August and 15th September 2011

After Sales

In the event that a customer with a ticket valid to travel in Sleeper accommodation is downgraded to a couchette cabin, the difference between the cost of the Sleeper and the cost of the couchette will be refunded to the customer.

Customers with tickets valid to travel in sleeper accommodation can obtain a full refund if they opt not to travel.

Refund requests must be sent to our Customer Services Department within 28 days after the date of travel the address is as below:
