Luggage

The TGV has special designated areas that you can store your luggage whilst travelling.

Should you have a large suitcase then there are areas located either at the entrance or in the middle of the coaches, but please note that during busy periods the space may not always be available due to other passengers so please be wary of this.

Smaller hand cases and laptop bags can be taken to your seat and usually stored in the hold above your seat.

For security reasons all luggage must be labelled with your full name on every piece that you have.

There are left luggage lockers at most stations but please check with the station itself before travelling.

Travelling with a bicycle

You can travel with your cycle on a TGV aslong as it is dismantled and stored in a bike bag and taken on as hand luggage.

Travelling with pets

If you are wanting to take your pet with you on your travels then you can! Pets benefit from thier own special pet fare and the fare depends on the size and weight of the animal.

Tickets for pets can only be purchased locally at the station and fares can vary from station to station.
