Hi-Life - The reference fare giving you the best exchange and refund conditions available.

One way fare, available in Comfort 1 and Comfort 2.
The Hi-Life offers unlimited exchange berfore departure, 100% refundable before departure and up to 1 hour afterwards at the Thalys departure station. Please note that change/cancellation fees apply.
It is also 50% refundable from 1 hour after departure. Please note that change/cancellation fees apply.

Optiway - There are several levels of discounts. The earlier you plan your trip the more likely you are to benefit from the best deals.

On sale up to the day before departure, one way fare, available in Comfort 1 & Comfort 2.
The Optiway fare is exchangeable once up to the day before departure. It is 50% refundable before departure and up to 1 hour afterwards at the Thalys departure station. Please note that change/cancellation fees apply.

Smoove - Book early and take advantage of the lowest prices. Comfort 1, on sale up to the day before departure.

Comfort 2 has two different prices which are on sale either 30 or 15 days before departure.
The Smoove fare is non exchangeable and non refundable once booked and this applies to both Comfort 1 and Comfort 2 fares.

Youth - For young people from 12 to 25. There are several levels of discounts, the earlier you plan your trip the more likely you are to get the best deal.

Senior - Benefit from discounted senior fares if you are 60+

Kid fare - For children under 12 years old. There are several levels of discounts, the earlier you plan your trip the more likely you are to get a great deal.

Available in Comfort 1 and Comfort 2
Children under the age of 4 may accompany a fare paying passenger free of charge but will not be assigned an individual seat. To obtain an assigned seat for a child under the age of 4 you must purchase a "Kid" ticket.
Unlimited exchange before departure.
100% refundable before departure and up to 1 hour afterwards at the Thalys departure station. Please note that change/cancellation fees apply.
50% refundable from 1 hour after departure. Please note that change/cancellation fees apply.

Kid & Co fare - For 1 or 2 people accompanying a child under 12 years old.

Pass Fares - Pass fares are available to holders of passes sold overseas (Eurail or InterRail passes). These passes enable passengers to travel on Thalys trains providing they purchase a one way ticket within (Comfort 1 or Comfort 2).

You can purchase your one way ticket with us or at the station but we do advise to book these in advance as there are only a certain amount of passholder fares available per train.

Tickets are available for sale 3 months before the date of your journey, 4 months for groups. Please note that even if you have a pass you must have a Thalys ticket for your seat reservation. Please contact us for further details.
